We are dedicated to promoting Love Truth Care Ministries's mission of "empowering the body of Christ to be the body of Christ."
Our History
It began as an outreach of Living Truth Church, Pastor Arlis Downs, in 1988 and was incorporated in 1993 as Love Truth Care Inc. DBA Love Truth Care Ministries by Jim & Ouida Phillips. LTCare has served poor and needy of Central Arkansas and established three ministries in the Central America country of Honduras.
